Smoky Mountain Natural Freezer Beef is raised and grain fed without antibiotics, growth hormones, or promotants of any kind. These are calves in our program not quite good enough for the show ring. They are harvested at 12-14 months old, they go straight from creep feed to our feedlot, never off grain or grass. For sale in quarters, cut and double wrapped. Reserve yours in early March 2007.
